Your First Session: A Consultation
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet, discuss your needs, and explore how therapy might support you. During this consultation, we’ll talk about your goals, what you hope to gain from therapy, and answer any questions you may have. It’s also a chance for you to see if I’m the right fit for your journey.

This session lasts 30 minutes and is free and can facilitated online, over the phone, or in person, depending on your preference.. From there, we can plan the next steps together.
